ALL returned items for refunds are subject to a 20% restock fee (unless defective). Returns/exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of purchase.
All bicycle repairs left after seven (7) business days after date of completion will incur a $5/day storage fee.
We are not responsible for bikes left after thirty (30) days. Bicycles left behind for more than thirty (30) days without prior approval will be donated to charity.
